I couldn't afford insurance so I had to cancel a planned purchase. They tried to steal my $200 down payment... Ignored my calls, emails and texts. Had to do a charge back through my bank to get the $200 refunded. I may have returned in the fall once the 3yr old accident dropped off my record and I could afford insurance but due to the way they tried to steal $200 from me, I will certainly never return. Highly unethical behavior for a multi million dollar company! Also, typical high pressure and sketchy sales tactics to force you into a car you can't afford with high interest. I was pre-approved at 4% through my bank but they TRIED to insist I use their financing at a higher rate in order to get me in a car that instant.
