I recently purchased some crushed stone for a landscaping project from this company. While the quality of the product met my expectations, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and it was difficult to get the information I needed. It would have been helpful if they had been more attentive and willing to assist me with my inquiries. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the delivery time, as it took longer than anticipated. Overall, the product itself was fine, but the customer experience left much to be desired. I hope the company can improve their customer service to provide a better overall experience for future customers.
