I planned a very special, secret birthday date night for my husband at Russell's and I was nervous for weeks leading up to the day that things wouldn't go right. Not only was I able to check into our room early to set up, but, the secretary was beyond helpful in assisting me so that everything went perfect. The hotel was gorgeous, the room was amazing and it was very neat and clean. The room had perfect temperature, very comfortable Dinner was excellent, we didn't wait for a table, we were seated right away in a semi-private area, the food was outstanding, I couldn't possibly eat it all. Needless to say, we took dessert up to our room. The service was great and everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. In the morning we had breakfast and I can say it was the BEST breakfast buffet I've ever eaten at, everything seemed like we just ordered it off the menu, delicious! The night couldn't possibly have went any better and I owe it to everyone at Russell's for making the experience one that I will never forget. We will be back!
