An almost pleasant experience as far as refinancing goes. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not just one person kept me informed and answered every question, a whole team of people were there for us. From beginning to end, from the first person I spoke to to the last. There was no confusion, there were no delays, even though I was told several staff were on vacation. A shining example of teamwork and customer service. Thank you all. I highly recommend Meridian.
