DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I'm only giving it one star because there is no way for me to rate this any lower. This hotel deserves negative stars. My family and I stayed here just recently from July 20-21, 2019. We didn't even stay the entire visit we checked out early based on the things that we discovered. The photos and some of the reviews are very misleading. If anyone says this hotel is nice, then I question the cleanliness of their homes. The carpets throughout the hotel and inside of the rooms are filthy! The towels were filthy, we went through several sets to try to get to clean ones. The furniture inside of the rooms are stained and dirty. There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed, had to call downstairs to get bedding and clean towels. There were urine stains on the mattress cover, that we didn't see because it was hidden underneath a layer of sheets. We had to apply brute strength to open and close the room door. The worst of all, my husband and I woke up the morning both itching and scratching, only to find bed bugs crawling in the bed and on the pillows!!!!!! We checked the bed prior to that and didn't see anything. This was the worst experience we have ever had and we travel alot!!!!! This whole entire hotel needs upgrades, they need to gut it out and start over, it's just horrible!!!
