The drinks were fantastic.
The desserts were delicious.
The chicken was amazingly moist.
But the dry aged bone in New York steak was literally the worst steak I have ever eaten.
It was encased in fat but somehow had no marbling. It was a chewy mess, almost comparable to bubblegum.
Because I haven t had a dry aged steak before, my review is not taking into account that I thought it tasted like an old Walmart hotdog. Maybe that s what dry aged is supposed to taste like that.
