Hello,
I allow myself to post this notice in order to share with potential future customers my bitter experience with this pseudo insurer.
After more than 6 years of contract with them, with 0 claims declared, the day comes to sell my car and therefore logically to terminate my contract with this company which does not have the slightest respect towards these customers.
After my letter of 04/03/2020, as well as two emails sent at the beginning of the current month, the scam continues and I am unfairly debited in April and May when my vehicle is already sold and that I have provided them with the session document ...
Euro assurance does not respond to my letters or my emails, when I call them I am told that the telephone advisers are all busy ...
So if you want my advice, run away and don't turn around, it's the worst insurance I have had in my entire life.
It is simply outrageous to treat your customers that way.
I decided to file a complaint next Monday for a scam.
