Dr. Nemani with Raleigh Orthopedics completed spine surgery on me at Rex Hospital on 4/10/2018. The hospital used another doctor to monitor my nerves from Choice Neurodiagnostics LLC. I had no idea that that they were out of network with BCBSNC. Who is out of network with bcbsnc? So, after paying my out of pocket limit, I received a bill from this out of network provider. I called the insurance company, Raleigh ortho, and the hospital. The hospital is responsible for this person according to Raleigh ortho. But they refuse to acknowledge any of it. If they want me to keep silent and ever consider using them for anything, they need to contact me and pay for the amount the debt collector is asking for $925.00. For us that is a considerable amount of money. I would recommend that you stay away from REX HOSPITAL if you don't want any surprises for your financial future. I'm certainly not one to review anything much but this platform is the only complaint department that I could find.
