It is a medieval style dinner where you enter teams and cheer on your riders by eating in the stands. The characteristic is that you eat with your hands without cutlery in plates and steel bowls. The service is deliberately spartan and ranch style of barracks but if we want it is also a feature. We ate a slice of focaccia (rustichella style), a vegetable soup, a whole roast chicken, potatoes with sauces, a sandwich, a slice of cake and ice cream and finally coffee.
