I am a customer of Laubach Literacy Ontario and I have to say that their services are just average. While they do a decent job in providing literacy programs, I feel like there is room for improvement. The staff can be a bit disorganized at times and the materials used in the programs could be better. Overall, Laubach Literacy Ontario is an average company.
