I am extremely upset. For Sears to be in business...

I am extremely upset. For Sears to be in business for so many years the customer service is by far the worse I have ever experienced. I talked to 2 representative who definitely did not know what they were doing. I purchased a stove and was told to by a special part in order to have it delivered and installed. The representative told me the item would be delivered on 12/23. I received an email to pick up the item at a store that is hours away. When I called the customer service the number I talk to Myra sales #: 443168 and clearly she didn't know how to do her job. She was explaining to me that the order could not be changed and I would have to cancel the order. Why must I have more money taking out of my bank account for a mistake that your representative made and broke all these promises. I am a very disappointed customer and I was told there were no supervisors available to talk to me. I was hung up on several times and nobody could give me an answer.
