This has been such a sad and disappointing experience. Riverbend continues to mess up and refuses to make things right. Their customer service is non existent and their staff is painfully unorganized. Out of everything that went wrong, one of the biggest disappointment was the unprofessional treatment that I received from Tricia, the Chief Operating Officer. Tricia came to my home and started yelling at me for a review I posted previously on Yelp. Although my review wasn't the most positive, it was truthful. After my conversation with her I felt forced to delete that review because I was afraid Riverbend wouldn't complete the job or correct their mistakes. I am now able to create a new review as our pool is complete. I was hoping since the last review maybe my view might change, but the experience was just as bad as before. Long story short, Riverbend neglected to complete a task and forced us to foot the bill after telling us they would take care of it. I hope no one else makes the same mistake as we did with choosing Riverbend Sandler. I do not recommend their services for building a new pool.
