I brought the car in for an oil change and they notified me that I would need a new serpentine belt, but they wouldn't be able to put it on that day and probably wouldn't get it in till later in the week and that I really shouldn't drive the car. They were able to accommodate me and get the belt put on the same day as I had to leave for out of town. When I came back to pick up my car , they notified me that the person working on my car had run into a pole/wall and scraped up my side door. They then had to keep my car for over a week. They did provide a rental car until the car was fixed. The overall situation was an inconvenience as I was trying to sell my car and had someone interested in purchasing it which they are now not interested. The dealer covered the cost of the repair of my door, but still had to pay for the oil change and the labor of the serpentine belt, which I don't feel that I should have had to pay for the labor. I'm hoping that I don't have to use this dealer again in the future as it has been more issues every time I go in.
