I am not one to put reviews online but I love Penny Lane so much and I have been so impressed by their handling of COVID-10 that I needed to tell the world! I was lost when I moved to Chicago about where to get my hair done, I went to multiple salons and never found anyone I liked. Then I found Lisa who does an amazing job! My color is always on point, she's always down to try something fun and I get tons of compliments on my hair every time I leave. I get excited about my appointments and would recommend them to anyone! Also with COVID they are super safe, they have up barriers between the stations and just go above and beyond.
