Requested a quote on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 12:58 p.m. for a non-profit, charitable organization AGM. I heard nothing from Bytown Catering. Sent a follow-up email on Monday, September 11th at 3:34 p.m. Received an abrupt email at 3:45 p.m. saying that they were working on my quote and I would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I finally received a quote on Thursday, September 14th at 3:45 p.m. Needless to say, I found another company to provide our food and will not try to use Bytown Catering again!
