If you expect the wait time at any government agen...

If you expect the wait time at any government agency to be less than 30 minutes, then you have unreasonable expectations.

I was there a little past open time and there was already about 20 people ahead of me; however, my wait time was about 15-20 minutes probably because of the type of service I needed. The woman that helped me was super nice, friendly and professional.

Make sure you fill out an application for whatever business you may be doing there before your number gets called...just fill it out even if you think you may not need one. Bring a pen because there is only one at the application desk.

Some dude waiting to be serviced let me borrow his pen, he walked out of the office to go use the restroom and did not realize there are restrooms at the facility...FYI...
