I cannot express how impressed I am with the staff at Lowell Road Veterinary Center. I brought in my kitty over the Memorial Day holiday with what I suspected was an upper respiratory infection. I was so impressed with the staff and their service and attention to detail. A few days later it turned out that he had stage 4 kidney failure. Unfortunately he had to be put to sleep as he was suffering so much. They were very detailed in communicating my options and their compassion was so unforgettable and kind. They showed so much kindness to him. Thank you to all.
