The experience was great. The Thomas Mason fabric I received my shirt in was really nice and drapes very well. The fit is bang on after a couple of washes. Measurements seem to be pretty accurate when using your existing shirt measurements. Construction quality very good, but you'll pay a bit extra for compared to other MTM services. When you consider going out and getting a shirt that "almost" fits you perfectly and you'll have to spend money to alter it, this is definitely worth it.
