After recently being exposed to Covid 19 by a customer who later tested positive, I decided I better get tested myself as a precaution. I went to the website and saw the location for testing. I went to Brainard High School and was I would be called with the results in 3 - 5 days. Also informed if I wasn't able to answer the phone I should call the number provided to obtain these results. Very surprisingly I was called the next day but wasn't able to answer the phone. They left a message that said they were putting the results in the mail. When I picked up the message I called the number and was told they couldn't help me, I could wait on the mail service or call back tomorrow. If they can't help me today why are they able to help me tomorrow? I also asked to speak to a supervisor but they weren't available. My final comment was to tell them if this is the correct procedure someone needs to tell those working at the testing sites to not tell them to call the office for results. Sadly I didn't get the impression that anything would be done to correct incorrect information being given.
