The food was fantastic. The service was not. Sparkling water served with black bits in glass. Taken away but no replacement of drink until asked. A choice of child's set menu when asked to amend was all too much making the experience overcomplicated. Resolution to buy 2 meals to appease my child. 2 tables put together. 4 place settings for 5 people. Kept having to ask for additional cutlery etc. Lots of staff. None actually great at thinking. No-one asked how our meals were. Just a shame. The standard of food was excellent. The cleanliness, wonderful. The customer service not great.
