Did not receive our rates notices for over 10 mont...

Did not receive our rates notices for over 10 months, until i contacted them. Their response was we sent it out. No process in place from their end for a situation like this, pretty much said bad luck and we will give you some further time to pay. Staff were unhelpful at best. Super high rates as well and i now have next years rates to pay as well.
