These homes are not built to last. Quality is not a priority, but quantity is. We ve heard stories from others in the area, but now owning an older home, we are constantly discovering shoddy craftsmanship in our repairs. I am very disappointed with my home, but I am seeing more homes in the neighborhood being built up almost too fast.
