Just stayed at this hotel for two nights and cannot say enough. BY FAR the NICEST HOTEL I've ever visited, further enhanced by the most attentive staff, impeccable grounds, excellent restaurants....Aside from the hotel being top notch, the location is as well; directly across the street from Bal Harbour shops and just minutes from South Beach and Brickell.
Seriously puts the RC and FS to shame. I'd award the St. Regis 10 stars if I could! Glamorous and upscale without the attitude! Will be back
