Went to buy a kitchen table set, found perfect table and chairs. Sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. Only complaint was that the extended warranty was not explained nor offered for refusal. It did however turn up on my receipt. I have since contacted customer service and they have refunded the $96 for the warranty.

overall a good experience though.
