If you have a third party warranty and you have the option to go else where, then PLEASE DO SO! I can only speak for the Honda service department because this is who I dealt with. Horrible service. I was promised my car would be diagnosed and repaired by the weekend after leaving my car there on a Thursday. The service advisor wrote down my cell# wrong and never tried contacting me through the email I provided when he realized I wasn t picking up. I called multiple times that weekend to find out when my car would be ready. No one could give me an answer. Come MONDAY, and my service advisor was off that day so no one else in the Honda department could figure out what was going on with my car. Horrible communication between employees. And horrible attitude. At one point, I wasn t even sure if I was getting my car back at all!
Finally after being on hold ALL Afternoon and calling back and forth, I was told my car would be ready that day! Hmmm sounds like someone forgot to even work on my car until I made a stink! When the car was returned, an empty beverage bottle was left in my car and there was KECHUP all over the outside of my drivers side bumper in the front. Not only that, but the valet pulled the car out from the street. So they are working on our cars, then parking them on the street. Great. Never again.
