Called on a weekday to schedule a consultation, rep said paralegal was out of office and they would get back to me the next day, next day came and no one called me. Had to call again to get through to someone just to get scheduled for a consultation and after getting an appointment booked, no one ever called or reached out to me on my scheduled time for said consultation. Very unprofessional and will not be contacting anyone from this law firm again.
