Very friendly sales person. I previously bought two BMW's from the dealership .( this is my third )
Unfortunately, I was very poorly prepared for the dealership experience, and was charged about $2000 more than I should have paid .
I feel tremendous remorse, and will be sure to never buy for them again.
I am sure they are very happy to have ripped off another fool, like me, but I hope they know that that they have lost a customer for life.
