Withdrawal and acceptance department. A few months ago I wrote a very negative review. It seems to me correct now to point out that recent experiences, for a similar service, have been positive, or at least acceptable (about half an hour total). Of course, doubts remain about the IT management of the service, which has an impact both on normal users, but also on the operators of the service itself.
In particular, I believe that this management is sensitive to a foreseeable overload of users.
