Review of Panda Hotel

I really like to hang around in different hotels in Hong Kong, and at the same time enjoy a moment of tranquility and noisy bustling with a limited budget.

In short, the hotel's services are divided into software and hardware. The software is the hotel's services and the subtle facilities in the room, and the hardware is the hotel's location, surrounding facilities, the old and new level of the hotel, and so on.

To be honest, there is really no "pre-set" expectation for Panda Hotel. I have also stayed at the Ruxin Hotel in Tsuen Wan twice in the same district. Therefore, I would compare the two hotels.

Let me talk about the hardware first:

Due to innate restrictions, the design of the lobby and rooms of Yuelai Hotel, whether old or new, are as old and fine as the core hotel. The replacement is located on the third floor of a shopping mall. People come and go, and the environment is chaotic, very similar to those in Tsuen Wan. Color shop. What is even more uncomfortable is that the female staff (security guard?) in the lobby wearing long trousers is maintaining the order of the crowd in the lobby, but the dress degrades the image of the hotel.

Ruxin Hotel is uniquely endowed with a magnificent and magnificent lobby. As long as you look at the lobby and the elevators entering the building, it is instantly classified as a 5-star hotel.

Let's talk about the software:

A hotel, if you can find hair on the bed, bathtub, or wash plate, even a five-star hotel, it will be instantly downgraded to a three-star level. I have seen all this in the "Ding Lan Ju" at Ting Kau Bridge, I have seen it in Ruxin Hotel, and I have also tried to walk in the sand in the Tuen Mun Golden Hotel room.

In a hotel, if you are constantly knocked on the door and harassed by waiters who speak Mandarin accents, or deliver the wrong items, or urge you to clear the room and leave, it is definitely unacceptable, but I have experienced it in Ruxin Hotel.

A hotel, if even the phone in the room is covered with stains, will it feel scary? But I have seen and used it at Ruxin Hotel.

In terms of frontline succession and room cleaning, Panda Hotel is better than other hotels. What was most surprising was the orderly distribution in the room, the comfortable and clean bedding, and the attentive work attitude of the staff in the gym. Especially that only in some of the latest five-star hotels, Wi-Fi phones are set up in the rooms and so on.

Summary: Yuelai Liquor is well aware of its inherent limitations, and it is successful to focus on software to attract customers. However, in the long run, it may also be necessary to focus on the lobby design to upgrade the existing level.

Ruxin Hotel has inherent superior conditions, and the number of levels should be higher than Yuelai Hotel. It is located at five stars, but it is a pity that it has failed in software management.
