Progressive was sent to me from the folks at Home Depot. Randy was first to come to my house to install my new dishwasher and microwave. While he was here noticed an electrical issue I was having which prevented him from testing the dishwasher. He called his office and was able to kept me kniw what I could do to have one of their electrians come out. I called the office and this was set up for the next day in just a few minutes. They called me 30 minutes before arriving which was also very helpful. Today David came to my house, he quickly looked at the problem fixed it and now everything works. I cannot say enough about how Professional and personal at the same time these two young men were that I had the pleasure of meeting. I would call Progressive back for any additional work I would need at my home again.
