Let me start off by saying this is the first refinance I ve ever done. I usually buy my cars outright and have been relatively happy with the way my mortgage was set up. Once COVID hit it seemed like a good time to refinance due to all the low rates out there and I just so happened to be planning to remodel my backyard. So I did what anyone would do, I went online and starting doing some google searches and tried to refi with Loan Depot. I wasn t too happy with the rates he was giving me considering I have excellent credit and a stable career, so I decided to shop around. I went to Quicken Loans next and got the same treatment. I starting to complain to my uncle and he told me about Intelliloan. I gave them a call and starting to talk with Kenneth. I quickly knew this was the company I was going to give my business to. The entire staff I have dealt with at Intelliloan have always been courteous and very professional. I have since recommended 2 of my other family member to get their refinance done here.
