Terribly organized... It's a maze! We got lost multiple times and had to go up and down many sets of stairs in the process. There are signs to guide you, but they're few and far between. There's also too much reliance on decoration and technological distractions, and half the building is apparently gift shop space. The saving grace is that there are some genuine artifacts on display, i.e. original hand-written song lyrics... But the management of this place should be ashamed. They could do so much better!
