I was is a bad spot relocating from Tampa to the West Palm area. I spoke with Kimberly Losee over the phone and she assured me that she would help me. She went through her listings after explaining my situation and what I was looking for and she came up with multiple listings. We went back and forth and she went out and video chatted me with the walkthrough because do to work I was unable to be there. With-in 6 day of first contacting her I was setup to sign my lease. I can not say enough about this lady. She is absolutely amazing and by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She goes far beyond expectations to make her clients feel comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Side note: I looked at her resume after I moved in! She sells million dollar home and took the time out of her day to help me with my $1000 rental. Goes to show she isn t in it for her commission. She actually cares about her clients no matter the bottom line numbers!!!
