I wanted to say I really appreciate the EXCELLENT Customer Service that Carlos Ortiz Jr. and the team at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram provided! They took a frustrating moment and turned it into a positive experience by providing us a courtesy vehicle to drive and keeping us informed on the progress along the way. I would be happy to recommend Carlos and his Team and I absolutely love my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica!
