We have an interrupted power last week. Called 24/7 customer service. I informed them that we have power interruption. But the person in charge said that the problem is our meter. I insisted to just come and check. He insisted to get an electrician. I called electrician but requested again KUA person to also come and check. KUA came, check the post outside, found the problem , and fixed the problem. The problem is not the meter. However, it is too late already because we already requested the electrician to come. In other words, we pay the electrician without doing anything because KUA is not responsible enough to check first the problem. They should not ask right away for the electrician but rather check the building . Anyway, we paid the electrician ( we know that electrician are expensive esp for 24/7 services ) for just coming in...I hope this will not happen again.
