This is my first time at Charlie and Jake's a client asked me to meet them there they're treat for lunch the barbecue is okay I had the pulled pork however I ordered two french fries and I didn't like the french fries they were the kind of wedge cut long ways with the skin on I don't really have a problem with that but it didn't taste like a french fry potato.

Certain potatoes just make better french fries usually the smaller and skinnier they are the better especially if you like them a little extra crispy personal preference only
