I have been practicing yoga at Santosha Yoga Des Moines for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and create a welcoming environment. The studio is clean and spacious, with a calming ambiance. I appreciate the range of classes offered and the flexibility in scheduling. I highly recommend Santosha Yoga!
