Corporate philosophy of running their workers into the ground by working them 60+ hours per week and offering little in the way of incentives. Because of this employee turnover is high and there's a continuous lack of consistency or knowledge base to lean on. Getting help from veteran workers can be difficult because they are more overworked; overall management is inconsistent between departments (there's a few well run ones), and support is minimal.
