Very bad. A magistracy trained at the same school in Bordeaux, which for lack of means is not in continuous training, and which finds itself having to judge cases without having the good intellectual skills. I think it would be high time to assess the officials, to question the main stakeholders: the litigants, and to take effective measures to obtain restorative justice and not this post-ancient Rome farce funded with our taxes.
