Michael Wogan Review of Omni Morton Hotel Printers Row

This hotel was rated 4.5 stars on priceline when I booked it. There's no way that can be correct and have since called priceline to complain about that rating.
We checked in and immediately found our bathroom door to be broken. I called down to ask to change rooms which they did after about 45 minutes of waiting for someone who was "being sent right up with the keys to the new room". After getting to the new room the same bathroom door was broken! This time they sent an "engineer" up who basically slammed the door around until it closed and then just said to "be careful" with it.
There was no ice bucket so after calling down for one I ended up going down and asking after waiting for 35 minutes. The staff seemed irritated with me at this point so we left to meet friends.
Upon returning we started realizing how old and beat up the hotel was. It still had an old "tube" tv with awful picture and the climate control either went full heat or freezing. I looked at other options around and got the Palmer House Hilton for the exact same price so we moved the next day. Don't stay at the Omni.
