Had a wheel trued, price was fair and job was done right. Asked about bb sizing and was given the correct info to order the crank I wanted.

Second experience I Came in to get a tube, the price was much more than I am used to paying at a LBS. I would have settle for it if the price was fair, until I could order the size I needed online. I can't justify paying $14 for a tube not the right width. It will fail after a ride or so as a result.

My bike is due for servicing. I will probably use these guys, but fear the bill if any parts are needed.
