I would give it a half a star if I could, because they damage by cabinet doors and I recently remodeled the kitchen and painted the cabinet doors. I contacted two different people at Minneapolis Glass Company and both weren t helpful. The bad customer service experience started when getting into the company at the Plymouth location. I went with a friend that he had 3 cabinet doors to be done as well. The person he was dealing with was somewhat more helpful then the person I got assigned too and she seemed that she didn t want to help. Jennifer was the person that I got assigned to by someone else that was just sitting there and telling Jennifer to help me look for the tempered glass. We both left our doors their and after a few days I had to call in and see what the progress is on the doors and keep in mind I already paid. Jennifer said the doors could be done by Friday if not they should be done by Monday or Tuesday of next week. I said that is fine and to let me know. Then my friend s door were done on Thursday of that week and we dropped our doors on Monday of that week. It was strange that I didn t receive a call that my doors were done and ready for pick up. Then I called that Thursday and Jennifer said that there were other orders in front of me and they had to get those done first. I told myself I dropped off my doors the same day as my friend s doors. The following day Friday my friend went to pick up his doors and went inside the building to inform the receptionist he is there to pick up his doors. He also asked if my doors were ready and the lady gave him an attitude and said he called multiple times and we informed him that his doors will be in next week. Then when my friend went in the back to pick up his cabinet doors he saw mine right next to his. Then he went back to the receptionist and said his doors are right next to his. The receptionist looked discombobulated and said okay. She gave him my doors without calling me to inform me that they are done and if it is okay for him to take them. All four doors came back with scratches on the paint and I sent photos to the company via email. They told me they are not reliable if any kind of damage were done while installing the glass. None of this was instructed or informed prior to giving my doors over to them. This is why I do not recommend on future customer going to this company.
