I have struggled many times with whether or not to write a review for OMG but as a small business owner who works hard for my money I feel an obligation to let other small business owners BE WARNED before they get involved with this company.

I was very excited to start my new website with OMG-but that was ALL I needed of their services as I use other companies for my social media work. They basically bullied me into using other services that I wasn't interested in and then dropped the ball on everything. After they realized they were only going to get website work from me they dropped my "project manager" and I never had a point of contact with the company to organize my account.
I was promised my website in 3 months and 5 months later the mock up was still lacking -I had expressed many concerns about my dislike for the content on multiple occasions which they never fixed and I was told several times "people would get back to me about it" but felt like my concerns were never heard. I was later pointed to SCOTT(still not sure about his position with the company but his ability to resolve problems doesn't exist bc he refuses to call me back)said they produced a website and even though I wasn't happy with the content HE WOULDNT GIVE ME EVEN a PORTION OF MY MONEY BACK.
It was obvious that our ideas of what quality marketing is don't line up. And their business ethics are lacking. I spent close to $2000 with OMG and after i told them I was bringing my business elsewhere they inhibited my ability to see the site they mocked up and I never received any money back. They also never followed up on other promises about SEO and managing my other online profiles. What did I pay them for? The individual workers there are pleasant but I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Maybe scott will respect his clients and return phone calls next time to avoid reviews like this one.
