We used Carmel three times on our recent trip to New York and the Manhattan Cruise Terminal. Our drivers were in contact with us and guided us to the pick up spot at LGA and then took us to our hotel. Two days later, another driver picked us up and took us to the Manhattan Pier. We had pre-booked both these trips. When our cruise was over, we called Carmel to pick us up for our return trip to LGA. He quoted 15 minutes, and called to keep us up to date. The prices were reasonable, and the cars were clean and comfortable. We have another cruise coming up in December, and will be using Carmel again! This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it. Really not necessary, but awfully nice!
