On time, clean car, good driver and reasonable cost. My experience with Carmel, over and over again, in New York City and Long Island.

It is 9:30pm, raining, and I need a car service. Checked different web sites and Carmel responds immediately with the vehicle of my choice. The driver bypasses a major traffic delay on the expressway and I quickly arrive home. The fare is reasonable. Carmel rewards customers who review their experience, I am rewarded with $10 cash.
