I just go there to get my supplies, with no need for any special support, but even so I can tell that customer service is not well organized, as you may speak to 3 or 4 representatives to place an order by phone, and you don t feel welcome when you visit them, as words like please , thank you or good morning are not part of their vocabulary.
Hope this comments can help them to develop a better attitude.
