I am a loyal EnGenius consumer and it was my pleasure and privilege during some recent hardware updates to have dealt with Mr. Charles Lee. Having purchased two new access points, as a homeowner admittedly with little technical knowledge, Charles provided me with exceptional service. His expertise and patience went beyond expectations. I wish to share this with Consumers past and present as well as the Upper Management who take notice of exemplary employees.
