The recipes are super easy to cook and we all enjoyed it very well. Unfortunately there were always problems: We ordered a Hello Fresh Box 3 times. 2 of them have unfortunately not arrived at our place. The first box was probably delivered to a neighbor, since we were not there, but unfortunately there was no one with the given name in our house. The second time everything worked out with the delivery, however the box was not completely complete; it was missing a spice mixture. The last box was not delivered. As we found out, the box was delivered to Munich instead of Berlin. Then the box should be delivered the next day, which was not the case. The customer service was very friendly and we got the money for the boxes as a credit again. Unfortunately, we always counted on the pits and therefore did not buy for the corresponding weeks for cooking, which we then in the evening, when the boxes did not come, were frustrated.
Good idea, good products, good recipes, unfortunately bad logistics.

Edit: Even with the next delivery we have ordered from our credit, a leek rod was missing for a court.
