I was admitted to the Countess hospital on May 27th 2018 for heart attack symptoms. The treatment I received was speedy, competent, well explained and extremely warm and caring. I found the food was very good. In the ward I was particularly impressed how the hospital staff could still find time to come and simply sit with very poorly patients to offer a few minutes of comfort despite their obviously busy schedule. I was discharged on the fifth day with a comprehensive rehabilitation plan including the required medication after care and a twelve week fitness gymnasium course. The course is personal and individually monitored by medical staff, including a short Q & A talk on the medication and the exercise regime.
