This panshop type company is horrible most in the world. Taking sub contract from company with cheap rate and treating employees like slave. After working five years with this company even a single rupee incriment or no facilities no privilege no welfare of employees . Taking money from main companies for work like grass cutting, Diesel filling and other labour work and sharing this money among managers and getting this job done by qualified engineers.
Technical experience is not required to join this company. They don't Maintain the equipment properly as per SOP or Technical standard. Due to the mismanagement of unqualified managers the outage of site increasing day by day and spoiling the valuable equipment and increasing the load to employees. If you are qualified please do not join this company. Your future will be spoiled.
I left the company ten months before. I did not get my full and final till today. Even payment of my last month service is still with them. Last three months conveyance allowance is pending. When I call to HR he is not attending the call.. When I mail to HR.. there is no reply from HR. After noticing this review I hope some responsible authorities will reply or call me.
